He has attended various management development programs both in Nigeria and abroad some of which include Change Management, Strategy for Change, Power of Negotiation, Strategic Management, and very recently Cyber Security.
Before he was appointed as the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Skye Bank, Sierra Leone Ltd, he was the acting Managing Director of Skye Bank in Guinea where he led the turn-around and transformation of the bank in information technology infrastructure, human resource, and sound financial performance.
